Do you use a car phone charger/holster?

My husband purchased a wireless charger for me and I love the way it clamps around my phone. It's placed directly above the air vent so it's a great position to keep my phone cool even while using my GPS.
 
I live in a area where we have constant electricity. So, I see no need for making use of the car charger. I prefer using my power bank that is 27000 capacity whenever I am out there.
 
I don't make use of it because I have no use for it. I'm smartphone is always charged, so it's not something I worry about when it comes to car charger.
 
I never use a car phone charger for my phone because I use a regular Flip cell phone which battery life can last many days since I rarely make calls or text, or use its apps like calculator, alarm clock, and games.
 
I think it's a good idea to have one when traveling or if your phone has a low battery life from prolonged use. But that being said, it can be a distraction even if you just need it for directions to go somewhere. I wouldn't like to have one because I don't travel often or have my phone away from home for longer than a few days.
 
I also use CarPlay, so I have to have it plugged in using a USB cable. Would love to have wireless CarPlay in my next car with a wireless charger as well.
