I use more than one disk cleanup program. I mostly use Bleachbit, and Windows Disk cleanup. I used to use CCleaner, TFC cleaner, but not so much these days.

I use just one cleanup program. Sometimes it's useless that way to get more quality space.
It's better to just purchase a new harddisk.

I think using more than one disk cleanup can be useful for tablets, and some laptops where the storage is not upgradeable, and you can only use slower SD cards and USB flash drives to add more external storage.
What about cleaning up temp files etc?
It wouldn't give too much space either.
I do delete them though. From time to time but manually
CCleaner or bleach bit should get that.
I only use Windows disk cleanup.
