Do you use online websites like Imgur.com to resize, and edit pictures?

I sometimes use sites like imgur.com to upload pictures, and use their online picture editing tools which is good enough for my simple editing needs which include resizing, cropping, adding text, changing the brightness and contrast of picture colors, and other basic editing needs.

I also use imgur.com as a picture web host when I post pictures to forums, blogs, social networks, and websites.

No, I usually take care of that stuff with the basic paint program and then upload it.

I don't like imgur. I prefer other image hosting sites when I post images on forums. As for editing photos online, I use Lunapic.com. It is basically GIMP in the form of a website.

I didn't know imgur had such a feature. I used to use another site that allowed me to resize a large image, but they're not so good again in this day and age. It takes a longer period to  load the image when  compared to imgur, hence the reason why I even switched to imgur in the first place.

But I normally just resize the image myself in PhotoShop then upload it to the Internet.

The Edit image link is in the second line on the right sidebar which appears after you upload an image to Imgur with Imgur's upload tool.

I used to use it when it was easy to upload images without making an account. It seems you now need to make an account to use Imageshack, so I use Imgur since I can upload images without an account.

I tried using it during my first year on the net and could never figure it out and haven't used it since

It's easier to manage your photos and albums if you have an account... And it takes, like, what? 2 minutes to register and validate it? :whistling:

Most of the images which I post on forums, are one time post images where I just use the image to post a picture from a news article which I post once, so a picture which is not linked to my account is fine since I won't need the image link after I post the image on a news article which I posted on a forum like GamingForce.

Someone deleted our banner on purpose and I had to fix it.

Can't they just inform people when they delete stuff and that thing was new.....like two days or so (_ _)

Last I checked any image hosting can delete images without warning. Its why I use my own hosting for images.

Because they are unreliable. Imgur has become really careless since they became popular. Unlike Photobucket, Imgur deletes images without any explanation, especially the ones uploaded by guests.

Well, they are just too much. Who would want to delete a banner just in a week or so?

It's our banner. That owner loves the competing site.......one word..rivalry (_ _)

I think Imgur has a delete link when you upload new images, so I think a troll may have deleted your banner by using your delete link from your image page on Imgur.
