Nope, because I have nothing to talk about on Video. I guest if I was a comedian, singer, actor, or work in the entertainment industry I have a use for real time video chat. I'm also kind of shy, so video bloging in real time with a bunch of people I don't know can be awkward for me.
A lot of entertainers like "The Wonder Girls, Jonas Brothers, Salena Gomez, and more" use Ustream to video chat with their fans from around the world for 1 hour or more. It seems more personal then a Youtube video since it is in real time and the celeb is actually answering some of the questions fans send in via twitter, Facebook, and the built-in chat room.
I think BlogTV and Ustream can also be good for teaching an online course if the video quality was in HD or higher resolution.
It is also a great marketing tool if the video blogger is good at interacting with the chatroom members by keeping them entertained.
The problems with using webcams to chat on websites is some person usually say something awkward like "Take off your shirt" since Webcam chat websites usually is associated with Webcam girls which are "paid to do sexy stuff on cam".
