No I do not replace my monitor and PC at the same time, I usually just buy a new computer, and use my old monitor on my new computer since I usually replace my computer when my old computer is broken or too slow to use for running software, and games, so I just take the monitor from my old PC to use on my new PC.
I only see my self replacing both my computer and monitor if they got stolen, or got damage because of lightning strikes, power problems, or using an axe to axe it to pieces for fun which is unlikely.
