I don't use a personal PayPal account but a business PayPal. A friend of mine told about having his PayPal account was suspended from sending money to his bank account because of a certain large sum of money he received which he had to call PayPal and they asked for some documentation and bank details before they upgrade his account to move the money to the bank account. I keep wondering if there's a limit amount to money a personal PayPal account is supposed to tally at a period of time?

I think it does, but I'm more annoyed at the taxes being applied to it these days.
I never knew it does and that's a hit on the teeth if you ask me. About the taxes, that's definitely annoying and they never leave it alone. It's always been updated and increased.
