Does RDR 2 have the best hunting in a non-hunting game?

Only other games I can think of which hunting is a major component is the far cry series. Haven't played the last one but I assume it's not much different to 3 and 4.
The recent tomb raider games did too, again haven't played the last one though.

So how does RDR 2 rank up?

I've actually enjoyed hunting in this game.
Animals can be hard to track, as they run away pretty fast. You have to be really stealthy.
