I have computers which are 10 years old and are usually on 4+ hours a day, and still work decently. Plus, I did not replace any parts for them.
But, my older Nintendo, PlayStation 1 fat, and Turbo Graphics all don't work or work very well these days, and I did not even used them as much back in the past.
I think one of the reasons why computers last longer for me is because I replace the power supply with a higher quality power supply, and it is simple to open my computer and blow out all the dust to prevent over heating.
But, Consoles do not suffer from as much Software problems as Computers since Windows can sometimes get corrupted by virus, spyware, and malware problems, or bad windows updates, and software installs which are not common for Consoles since their software and operating system can't get infected by a virus or malware.
