Does your internet service provider limits how much you can download and upload a month?

I know of ISP's here which limit costumers to be only allowed to download and upload a combined size of 60GB before charging 1 dollar per GB which is expensive.

there really isn't one, but I think I did see someone say like a Bandwidth Cap of 250GB for mediacom.
