Yes, one of my Website has a mobile Website App which I made with
http://mobile.conduit.com/ . I just use the App, so users can follow my blogs news feed, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube in one convenient app which they can install on Apple, Android, Windows Phone, Blackberry, and other devices.

Nop, my blog doesn't have a mobile theme, but people still can view it with their mobiles.
