This is outrageous. Some people should not own animals. I hope the owner is punish to the full extent of the law. I hope the dog gets better soon.

The dog was put down unfortunately. She had been left like that for a week. The legs (what was left of them) were starting to rot. She was dehydrated and no food for a week.

RIP dog, can't believe the owner was so cruel. He could of just put the dog up for adoption or gave it away to another family if he did not want him anymore.

thank god they ended the dos suffering, but the guy who did this must have a screw loose. hope he sees some jail time.

I am a firm believer in the punishment for a criminal to be equally befitting of the crime committed.
With that being said, I think that the owner should have his legs cut off, for having done this to a dog.
I don't think that he should be given medical attention, unless it is to keep him alive while he suffers in excruciating pain.
