With a heavy heart, TI3 winners Alliance have made an announcement that their star Carry player and Dota 2 legend Jonathan ‘Loda’ Berg is retired from professional gaming.

Loda is one of the best players of the past decade who switched to Dota 2 from DotA and made name for himself due to his carrying prowess. Jonathan was a thorough professional Dota 2 player. It was because of the efforts of players like him that the competitive scene became huge.

His achievements are beyond counting and it isn’t any surprise to say that Loda was one of the best carry players of Dota 2 in his prime days. Most recently, we didn’t hear much from the player but that surely doesn’t mean that his skills are done and dusted.

Like most pros who retire we just might see him streaming
