dsiware glitch (tested with nintendo fan network on a 3ds)

Well I was just messing around and I found this glitch:
I downloaded Nintendo Fan Network then copied it to the sd card and deleted it from system memory then went back to nintendo e shop then went to nintendo fan network the selected download later then I went back to settings and copied it back to system memory and it was there on the home menu but when you tap it, it's like it's still downloading later but if you stop the download it returns to normal.
 
Creed, I honestly think you are the only one I have heard of with Nintendo Fan Network. I have never even heard of it until you mentioned it. I looked it up and can't find much information about it. What is NFN exactly? All I could find was it being an app for watching news / replays of Nintendo's official Baseball team - is that correct?
