For those of you with DS4 controllers, does the light bother you all that much? Do you think it needs to be on all the time?

Does it bother me that the light is on? Not really.
I mean with the latest firmware (1.7) they added the ability to turn the brightness down. So that it's a lot less noticeable. On the upside this should also increase the battery life by a bit also. (Since it shouldn't use as much power to make it brighter.) Even if this isn't quite a powered off...
I would still like the ability to turn it truly off though. I mean a dimmer switch is nice, but it's still using power. And even though, apparently, Sony's VR tech for the PS4 uses the light + ps eye... If users don't have/want to use that then they shouldn't be forced to keep their light on and drain their battery quicker.
