I sometimes use DuckDuckGo for privacy reasons because it uses https encryption, and claims to not track me.

It protects your privacy, which doesn't count what you searched or stored in their servers whereas Google attaches to your account that is email and IP. You know keyword research tool for showing number of searches per month that we use for competition.

The benefits of DuckDuckGo is that it does not save your internet searches, and track you, so it is more private than other search engines.
