Today, Tecmo Koei announced a North American release date for Dynasty Warriors Next. The Vita version of the long-running action series, Dynasty Warriors Next will launch alongside Vita on February 22nd, 2012.
Developed by Japan-based Omega Force, Dynasty Warriors Next continues the franchise tradition of pitting you against hundreds of enemies in the wars of Ancient China. Dynasty Warriors Next will feature both front and rear touch-pad input, as well as motion support and traditional button controls. Ad-hoc and wi-fi multiplayer will also complement the single-player campaign.
Dynasty Warriors Next also brings back Edit Mode to allow for created characters along with the 65 standard warriors.
