Last October, Electronic Arts said that it was bringing its games back to Steam—and not only that, it announced a plan to bring the subscription-based EA Access service to the storefront as well. At the time it was expected to arrive in spring 2020, although that plan was eventually pushed back, and while it's still not live, the Steam page is.
EA Access is basically the same as Origin Access—EA just doesn't use the Origin name outside of its Origin launcher. Subscribers get unlimited access to a large selection of EA games, ten hours of pre-launch playtime on "select new-release games," ten percent off all EA purchases on Steam, and "exclusive challenges and rewards [and] member-only content."

It's about time they bring their games back to Steam. I know that there are a lot of hardcore Steam members that only buy games if they are on Steam if they are not on Steam then they don't buy them and I am sure it has cost EA a lot of game sales.

Yeah most of users were from Steam so probably EA can make good sales ;3

Steam is what most like to use and so seeing this coming will be great, rather than keep on dealing with this and that. But then I wasn't that fuss

Been playing quite a lot of SWTOR when it came to Steam.
Good call on EA for giving players what they want.

That sounds like bad news for the Epic Games store. They've been going that extra mile to grab a bit of Steam's market, such as giving away Troy for free for 24hrs the very day it launched. As much as I love Valve/Steam, monopolies are never good, especially for developers. Hardly any Indie game will succeed unless its on Steam, but this means a 30% cut for them, on top of the sales tax.

As soon as Epic Games make a better Store and launcher or wait for it....integration as GoG did, I'll consider it.
Most of my games are on Steam and it's easier and simpler to use and find what I'm looking for.
Sometimes tho I might not find it since it's buried underneath billion of trash games.
