Over the past couple of days, the BioWare forums have come under very heavy fire from fans who are upset over Dragon Age II. Many are furious with the direction BioWare took with the Dragon Age series, and claim that EA have been forcing BioWare to rush the project -- they say they're angry at BioWare for allowing EA to do this. Such comments have begun to disappear as moderators begin deleting them, and handing out forum suspensions.

One user, who made a comment stating that BioWare were selling their souls to the "EA devil", not only had his forum account suspended, but he's been unable to play Dragon Age II -- a game that he bought -- as he's unable to activate it.

"When I got the mail I was curious. I wanted to know what I did that was offensive. The email stated that I was suspended for inappropriate content. There was no further explanation to what the particular reason was," wrote user "vware" in a forum post.

"On EA Live Chat they told me that that I said: "Have you sold your souls to the EA devil?" Now, those are the words I said, you can't argue with that. I'm not going to try and sugarcoat that, let me just say in my defense, I have always been a pretty reasonable person on this forum. So I agree that you guys suspended my account from the forums for 72 hours."

"What I don't agree with is that I can't activate my new DA2 game. This is the deal. I just got my Bioware Signature Edition from the store. I already knew I was going to play it without the extra content since I can't activate my extra codes. What I did not know was that I needed to activate the game before being able to play it. So now I've got a dead game for 50 Euros. Pity," he ended.

A forum moderator responded by stating that BioWare forum moderators aren't able to stop users from accessing games, only by an EA Community ban -- which BioWare are not able to give out. You can view the full comment and response over here.
