Endless PC has  Intel Celeron N2807 Bay Trail dual-core processor, 2GB of RAM, 32GB storage, one USB 3.0 port, two USB 2.0 ports, a Gigabit Ethernet jack, HDMI and VGA ports, and a stereo headphone jack.

Price: $169

This does look like a nice mini PC to use.

Anything over $100 can't really be considered something "for poor people", in my opinion...
I agree, but the PC is still cheaper than most good budget tablets, and smartphones.

not bad, but reminds me of a old mac screen PC.

What operating systems can it run? I can't imagine Windows 8.1 running smoothly on 2GB of RAM... :ermm:
It comes a Linux based operating system. 2GB of RAM is enough RAM to run Linux smoothly for most tasks, and most Linux Operating Systems can run smoothly even on older CPUs like the Intel Pentium 4.

It uses an Intel Celeron N2807 1.6-2.2 GHz Bay Trail dual-core processor, so it can run Windows 8.1, but it probably won't be good for playing PC Games, and video editing. But, good enough to browse the web with Firefox, do office work with LibreOffice, and watching video.
