Read from CBR:
The movie is being written and directed by Neon Genesis Evangelion creator Hideaki Anno.
The new preview provides a better look at the reboot's take on Takeshi Hongo, the man who gets transformed into the first Kamen Rider, who is portrayed in the new film by Death Note actor Sousuke Ikematsu. The trailer also shows the first footage of Ruriko Midorikawa, played by Kakegurui's Minami Hamabe, and several of the villains that Hongo will take on in the film. While a previous teaser showcased a brief glimpse of the new Kamen Rider on his motorcycle, this preview offers a first look at the hero in action, as he battles the agents of the evil organization Shocker. Hayato Ichimonji will also appear in the film as the second Kamen Rider. The trailer ends by narrowing down the film's premiere window to March of 2023.
