I use http://www.professormesser.com/ to learn how to fix computers, my home network, and other tech related tasks. The website is free for anyone to watch videos on to learn about computers and other stuff.

I also use a few other websites to learn about HTML, CSS, forums, blogs, online marketing and CMS programs, so I can maintain my forum, and do other tasks like promoting my forum by myself.

I also heard https://www.coursera.org/ is a great website to take free online courses about a lot of topics.

http://www.codecademy.com/ http://www.java2s.com/ are also good websites to learn how to code online.

thanks for the links, I personally learned about forums by just using them with barely no help.

I learned about forums mostly from Forum Promotion sites like Advertisement Center, ForumPromotions.net, and other Advertisement sites since there are a lot of topics about forums on those sites.
