Yes, I think it would be useful if the scroll wheel was a Joystick instead of a wheel since I can just push down the joystick to scroll up, or push up the joystick for moving up.

no, I rather have the wheel since moving up or down with the wheel be quicker.

Good point. But, I was thinking the more you push up on or down on the Joystick the faster the page will scroll up and down.

speed on the joystick be better, but moving more slowly would be better on the scroll wheel.
