I saw this game on Twitter because an artist I follow worked on the game, I believe. If I understood correctly anyway. As for the game itself, it has a really cool concept, but I know it's not really my thing.

This looks like a nice looking board game mixed with a fighting game. The retro style graphics and sound are nice.
