... a spiritual successor to Banjo-Tooie.

Several ex-Rare members that worked on the original Banjo-Tooie game are getting together and want to create a spiritual successor to the game. It may not have Banjo on it, but it will be make like if it was. Here is what they post on their Twitter account:

I don't have Twitter, but it'd be awesome after the inclusion of them both in Sonic and Sega All Stars Racing (360 version only) and the crud that turned out to be Nuts and Bolts IMO.

Seeing as it worked with Goldeneye 64 (Timeplitters) I suppose they could do the same for other games.
