Q:Explosive Powder : +10% explosive damage
Enhance Performance: 3 stack of might for 15sec every 10sec when using heal skill, during 5sec you can get 6 stack of might
Don't forget that Med Kit, you actually need to equip it and swap to your attacking weapon, so it's 1sec wasted.
So, in your opinion, what gives the most damage ?
10% dmg constant or 6 stack of might during 4sec ?
10% dmg constant or 3 stack of might during 9sec
A1:Well doesn't that depend on what setup you run
If you were running without bombs or grenades then the 10% explosive damage is rather pointless.

Are you using your heal on CD? if not then you wont have a 'constant' might buff
Is this PvP or PvE
Are you going down any other traits that affect boon duration?
A2:I used Enhance Performance in BWE 3. (gw2 gold web:www.gw2gold.net)Toggling it worked and gave me brief stacks of 6 might without interrupting my attack abilities. It worked just as i imagined and as you describe. I dropped it for explosive powder.
Explanation:
I had macro'd it so toggling wasn't that annoying, but it's still nicer to have a guaranteed 10%.
Getting stripped was slightly annoying, getting it stolen was annoying, getting corrupt boon'd was very annoying
I'll probably end up going back in release as it is superior (no numbers but keep in mind that it affects conditions too), but it does have it's drawbacks.
A3:It's not very practical to assume you can hit the Med Kit every 10s in battle just to get a buff. I think it's nice when you can, but not something you should factor into your build. If you do get to the point where you actually are using it every 10s, I think you've probably missed out on a lot of other productive things you could be doing.
