Peter Molyneux showed up for the Microsoft Press Conference at E3 2008 to talk about the latest details for reportedly finished Fable 2, specifically the co-op features.
Fable 2 will not use a lobby system for multiplayer, but rather there will be invite points within the single player games, represented as purple orbs. While in a single player game, players can invite a friend to hop in and play.
Much like the first game, player's characters will change depending on their actions within the game. Each hero is unique to the players. In addition to the characters changing, there is dynamic landscape that is altered and changed as players go through the game. So each player's world will be different, and players will be able to invite friends to show off their different environments.
