Factor 5 who was reportedly closed down were rumoured to be working on a new Kid Icarus game specifically for the Wii. Despite the company's closure, the game still seems to be in development regardless, with a brand new model of a character resembling Pit hitting the internet.
It's unknown if Factor 5 are still secretly working on this game or if Nintendo has taken the title on itself. Regardless, E3 2009 may see some solid details arrive.

personally, as i'm sure most do, i prefer the Brawl version of Pit.
still, hope this game does get somewhere in the production light soon.
