Farmer's Market

Do you frequent Farmer’s Markets in the summertime?
We have a few here. They have a wide variety of produce, jams, jellies, honey, even cut flowers. We like to support local when we can.

They are more expensive, but it helps support smaller businesses. Plus you learn a thing or two by chatting.

If anything it's whatever is free on tables by the side of the road that we donate to. So zucchini, squash, tomatoes, and stuff like that.

I agree Farmer's Market help support the local small businesses.

I feel the service at Farmer's Market is usually better, and there are sometimes more things to do at Farmer's Market like buying meals from Food trucks restaurants.

We've had some nice conversations with the local farmers. Some we even went to the farm to see how they do their business.

We used to have a farmers market that would take place on the last Friday of every month near me and we used to frequently go to that but I can't say I have seen it happen for a long while which is a shame.

It's always nice to be able to go to those and help out local farmers too.
