My dad works for the bakery that supplies hamburger buns to a lot of fast food places through out the states (burger king, mcdonalds, hardes, ect). He said today they got a request to reduce the bun size from 4 inches to 3 1/2 so there isn't so much bun on their smaller patties.

So yeah, burgers are getting smaller and while nothing official something tells me there will be no price decrease.

Yeah I went to McDonald's for the first time in about a year the other day and the burgers we'd tiny. Burger King had a more subtle change.

I do not eat burgers anymore however with me taking my children sometimes to McDonalds as a treat I have noticed myself that the burgers have seemed to get a lot smaller especially since I was a child. It really is a joke that they will secretly drop the bun sizes by a small amount expecting the customer not to realise just so that they can then cash in whilst paying less for their stock.

I'll give you advice of the year, don't take your kids there to get burgers.

McDonalds have always been tiny in comparison with everywhere else. I prefer Wendys, Burger King, Dairy Queen, or anywhere but McDonalds for that reason. I haven't been to DQ for a few months but last time I went their burgers had actually gotten a lot bigger.

Yep, & I'd support this. Mcdy's finally going to close down after awhile of "making their burgers smaller." Why? Because people aren't going to go there anymore. & a plus side to this : less fat people in the US.

More like everything is getting smaller.
I don't blame it though. The ingredients are getting expensive after all.
