Favorite Metroid game.

Mine would be Metroid Prime with Super Metroid closely behind. I have only played Prime Trilogy, fusion and super Metroid.

I personally like Metroid and Metroid 2. I grew up playing those two and I enjoy playing them when I have spare time to kill.
 
I've only actually played the original on the 3DS VC o.o So I'll just say Metroid >.<
 
Metroid Prime.It was my first and only Samus game i've played (excluding the SSBB Metroid Masterpeice)
 
Believe it or not Metroid Fusion was the first Metroid game I played. It was a great one but Metroid Prime is the best. I love it in every way. Oddly enough I never played Prime 2 or 3. Super Metroid is fantastic as is Zero Mission, but Prime is #1. I was not crazy about the original, Metroid 2, or Other M.
 
i like most of the metroids... Super Metroid is one of the top of my list but tied with fusion and i actually liked the prime trilogy on the Wii only cuz it offers what i FELT where better controls!
 
Metroid, Metroid 2 and Super Metroid. never tried the FPS Metroid games
 
Fusion was a great departure of the Metroid we all love but it was to linear for my taste. Now Metroid Zero Mission (Metroid 1 remake) I did enjoyed a lot.

As for the Prime saga? I never ever put them in the same category as the side scrolling ones. But yes they are awesome.
 
Super Metroid would have to be my favorite as I haven't played any others! I would really like to play the Metroid Prime Trilogy though, heard only good things about those games.
 
metriod prime and im glad never got chance playing metroid 1 after seeing the end of it 2 rude should change age rating to 18s not being 7s imagine a kid playing this game & he or she sees a nude woman at end
