Favorite WYSIWYG visual based website builder and editor to make HTML and PHP websites?

I like Kompozer "What You See Is What you Get" WYSIWYG website builder/editor since it is free, and works in Ubuntu and Windows. It also does not crash much in my experience. The editing tools, and user interface is also very easy to use for newbies who want to make a simple website template.

The Code Kompozer creates is also pretty clean, so I don't have to edit it much in notepad or the code view.
