I'd say the Galaxy 2 version is most epic myself, although the original isn't far behind. How about you?

I choose SM64's because I really enjoyed listening to the percussion over the more louder orchestrated versions (it is a road after all so it should at least sound like a march). But I see why you would choose SMG2 for it's very dramatic and it's the only one with an opera. I did like the Olympic ones but it didn't fit the profile.
