The ultimate DSi unit can be yours, if you've got an import shop with some connections. Square Enix gave a first look today at a specially designed DSi unit which is set to be bundled with the Japanese version of SaGa 2 Goddess of Destiny this September.
The DSi unit is based off the system's black color. Rather than just SaGa 2, it's meant to celebrate the SaGa series as a whole, which sees its 20th anniversary this year. A gold-colored ring on one side of the unit lists all the SaGa series games and their release years.
Square Enix will bundle this special DSi unit with SaGa 2 as part of the SaGa 20th Anniversary Edition bundle. Priced at 24,880 yen, this hits Japan alongside the standard version of the game on September 17.
SaGa 2 is a DS remake of a Game Boy game which came our way as Final Fantasy Legends 2. The game features 3D visuals and a number of gameplay updates. A release outside of Japan has yet to be announced.
