Fifa 13 and PES

What are the new improvements in FIFA 13 and PES respectively? Do you think PES can come better than FIFA this year? I think that if PES wants to have any chance over FIFA, it has to have the rights for the proper team names. It is what puts a lot of people off.

Well FIFA 12 Euro DLC didn't have real names either...

I will most likely be buying FIFA 13.

I don't really know PES, but I will be picking up FIFA 2013.
