The Free World Cup History Makers
EA Sports has predicted a few players who will play a crucial role for their national teams in the current World Cup. These selected players will receive an improved FUT card, which will be available in the game for completely free. Additionally, EA Sports has assigned a Legend of the respective national team to each of the new World Cup History Maker cards – and they could also appear in your FUT club soon.
How To Get The World Cup History Makers
Don't worry, you don't have to play hour-long sessions of FUT Friendlies to unlock some tokens, like in the World Cup Swaps for example. Everything you have to do is playing FIFA 23 between November 9, 2022, and January 3, 2023. For this, you simply have to head into the game and log into Ultimate Team once. Unfortunately, you can't unlock the History Makers by only using the Web App or the EA Play Trial, you have to have the full FIFA 23 game.
World Cup History Makers Release And Upgrades
So, if you have played FIFA 23 until January 3, which we think you will certainly have done, you can claim the World Cup History Makers Pack from December 23, 2022, until January 3, 2023, in the FUT Store.
The new special cards will then receive their first upgrade on January 3 and that's not all they offer. They will get another upgrade on February 14!

You could think that for these requirements, we can't expect much, don't you? We will get a lot from EA, though. Apart from the new World Cup History Maker Cards, there will also be a Loan Player Item of the assigned Hero or Icon card for seven matches each.
