Earlier we brought you news on the official Nintendo launch party for the 3DS in New York City, but today we have additional details concerning the US, UK and European launch proceedings (and the rest of the need-to-know information), coutesy of VG247.
In the US, GameStop will be holding its own launch events for pre-order customers at various retail locations, much as with various other major releases that have been sold by the retailer. In the UK, HMV, GAME and GameStation will be offering special launch-night pricing, selling the 3DS sans games for £196.99, and with a game for £229.99. Online sales from PLAY will be at the same price points in the UK, while Amazon UK still has early-bird special pricing available for £187 if you still wish to pre-order the console.
Launch titles for all territories will be as follows:

* Ridge Racer 3D
* Nntendogs + Cats
* Super Street Fighter IV 3D
* Pro Evolution Soccer 3D
* Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Shadow Wars
* Super Monkey Ball 3D
* Asphalt 3D
* Rayman 3D
* Samurai Warriors 3D
* Lego Star Wars III: The Clone Wars
* The Sims 3D
* Madden NFL Football
Additional games to be available for launch day that pertain to specific territories will be as follows:
* Tom Clancy's Spinter Cell 3D (Europe)
* Steel Diver (US)
* Bust-a-Move Universe (US)
* Combat of Giants: Dinosaurs 3D (US)
Third-party accesories will be available for individual purchase as well, though you may as well hold off on the charging dock units as the Big N now includes one without a separate purchase.
As previously reported, Best Buy will host the official US launch party in Big Apple territory at Union Square, with Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime as the host of the party. The official UK launch will be at HMV in London at the retailer's Oxford Street location. London's Old Billingsgate will play host to launch party events headed by Russel Kane, complete with various celebrities and performances by Hadouken and DJ Yoda.
