What is Japan only right now, is this nicely moon designed PlayStation 4 slim due out in November for Japan.

Sony has confirmed that the Final Fantasy 15 themed PS4 slim special edition will be coming to USA.
The moon themed 1TB model PS4 Slim will come alongside a customized controller, and a copy of the Final Fantasy XV Deluxe Edition (with steelbook, bonus DLC, and Kingsglaive movie Blu-ray).
In the US the bundle will be available only at GameStop for $449 USD. In Canada, EB Games has the exclusive at $549 CAD.
