Am I the only one here who is excited about the Final Fantasy X HD?? I just can't seem to find an offical release date although I seen something about October 17th or 18th. I'm thinking that if this is a success then maybe we will be seeing another remaster for the PS4.....like maybe a Final Fantasy VII
I hope someday they remake Final Fantasy VII. I've heard it's really good. The only FF game I've ever played is XIII. It's a great game, but I still haven't finished it. I think I messed up and made the game either unwinable or I'm going to be so underleveled the game is impossible to beat.
XIII kind of disappointed me. It was to set on the story line. One of the biggest things I love about FF is that you roam around and basicly find out what to do yourself as where XIII on the other hand is just like bam go here.
I'm looking forward to it, not sure if I'll get the PS3 version or the Vita verison. Is there cross-buy? I don't even have a Vita but I'd like to get one in the near future so I can take advantage of my Playstation Plus membership.
In the Final Fantasy series, I have played:
I - on my phone
III - DS, but didn't finish
IV - GBA finished, DS didn't finish
V - GBA didn't finish
XIII - 360 and I did finish, thought it was enjoyable.

I liked the linear path though because it was my first FF game, but then near the end it started becoming nonlinear. That's what screwed me the most. I mean I was helping the cieth and I got lost, triggered a cutscene and the points disapeared. So I feel like I'm underleveled. I want to beat the game though.
Still I think I'll wait for a FFVII remake. I heard there's one in the works so if it's for 360 that would be awesome.
