Five Years in Prison for Playing Pokemon GO?

I've seen a lot of stupid things, but this is just insane:

A young Russian blogger has been charged with inciting hatred and offending religious sensibilities after filming himself playing Pokemon Go in a Yekaterinberg cathedral.

Ruslan Sokolovski is in detention for two months, a statement by the investigative committee said Saturday, and could face a five-year jail term if convicted.

Damn, that's utterly ridiculous. Firstly, because 'offending religious sensibilities' is a stupid 'crime' in of itself, and secondly, because apparently all this can lead to half a decade in prison for playing a mobile game in the wrong place.

I really hope the Russian authorities reconsider with this one.
