What's your favorite food/type of food?

Mine:

Japanese - Ramen
American - BBQ
Brazilian - Fried/BBQ
Chinese - Honey Walnut Shrimp
Mexican - Tacos

Not including desserts.

I have the same problem. Never been to Japan and don't have any restaurants in town to serve that kind of food.

I now love Japanese food. Until recently, I hadn't had much Japanese food either but after trying Sushi for the first time, we started trying out more. I love Katsu Curry. There is another dish that I love but I can't remember what it is called now
