Forum downtime on 12/27

There will be some very early forum downtime on 12/27 as I upgrade the forum software and check a few things. This should be rather short and shouldn't cause any issues and will be fixing some issues members have been having like the @ notification not working.

Might be another day before doing this, the upgrade broke the modern gamer theme on the test site.
