Forum/Topic notification feature

Several weeks back, the forum and topic notification feature, which sends you an email about new topics and posts made when you subscribed to them, was once broken.

I was going to notify Jcink about the problem, but seems as though they already knew about the error and they fixed it. Now I'm able to recieve emails about new topics and posts again.

If the feature works good to you or otherwise, post about it here. Just wanted to insure it works fine for everyone.

I didn't even know this was broken, though I don't use the feature that much.

Looks like its broken again, I'm not getting any new post notifications through email for the past several days. I may have to get Jcink to look into this.
