Look like an advertisement for a gaming LAN Convention. I notice in the photo there is a white orb like circle in the middle of it.

I believe it's the next LAN gaming convention, coming to South Africa. I think there are more meetings planned throughout the world. Since this is already posted in their official FRAG LAN site here this doesn't appear to be spam.
