North American anime distributor FUNimation has entered into a strategic partnership to bring games to browsers and mobile.
The partnership is a three-way affair between FUNimation, Chinese publisher NGames, as well as the mobile and web developer GameSamba. The trio have thus far announced two officially licensed games based on Tokyo Ghoul and Fairy Tail.
The Tokyo Ghoul project will be an action-RPG where players choose to hunt humans, or protect them. For the Fairy Tail game it will be a standard role-playing game with a focus on character customization.
