I can think of several that should never have had it... The first two off the top of my head are:
Bulletstorm. (Was a great game, but the online-multiplayer isn't that great or memorable. Matches can take a VERY long time, upwards of an hour to survive all 20 waves. Which can be frustrating if the connection breaks down near the very end of the match.)
Mass Effect 3. (Not so much shouldn't have had online... but should have been implemented better. There was just WAY TOO MUCH loading in this game. Loading to Load the Loading... sometimes as much as 2-3 minutes of loading at a time.)
