Long story short, guy orders a copy of Chrono Trigger for the SNES from Gamestop, puts it into his SNES and the screen shows an old Madden game instead.
So this leaves a few questions. Does Gamestop actually not check their classic game stock? Did this guy or someone else swap the game himself just to give gamestop some bad rep?
Hard to say, but careful with Gamestops's retore game selling is the moral of the story.
