It's a new month! IS IT SPRING YET?! And new updates on the GF forums.
Welcome to a new month folks, we're inching ever closer to summer and E3 2014. So to start off I like to announce AidsorHIV as member of the month with his daily gaming updates and his help with a recent project. Congrats.
Not much new on the forum, but I've been working off the site. I noticed our twitter feed for posts being posted on twitter was broken due to the link change and I got that fixed and added a few more fixes.
Also a few updates with the website, it's come to attention that none of the articles were being index onto search engines. So feeling a bit irritated I found out that Yoast, the SEO I was using gives a lot of people problems of not getting their articles on google. So I removed it and put ultimate SEO up instead and after following some recommended guides the website articles are now being index and appearing on google.
Speaking of the website, articles made on the website can now be also posted on any board on the forum not just the website board we have set up. I've talked it over with a few people and the website board will stay up and will be a forum for dedicated gaming articles.
I apologize for the delay on 7th and 8th gen video console comparisons. I will be contacting people helping with this in the coming weeks. Still looking for someone to help with GFX.
And don't forget I'm still looking for staff members! Let me know if your interested.
Finally, the contest! I will be hosting a contest this coming week with nice big prizes to gain members. The contest is one major contest, designed to span for several months and will have miniature contests to keep it going and driving you all to the big prize. More details soon!
