New York Magazine recently broke down Korean Pop singer Psy's earnings from Gangnam Style - now the most popular YouTube video of all time. As you'd expect, he's making serious bank. The one figure that caught my eye was the magazine's breakdown of Psy's YouTube profits, which it estimated at $1.7 million, or to be precise with view numbers from today, $1,763,764.63.

Wow, who would of thought the video be so popular. I wonder did it earn more then Justin Bieber- Baby music video.

I bet the number can be higher since there is another Gangnum styles video with Hyuna in it. I wonder if Psy have to share his YouTube profits with his record company, Hyuna, song writer, and music video producer.

I hear his money is split between him and his family, but I feel bad for him as gangam style is so good I can't see how he can top it. But I wait to be proven wrong.
 
That is great news. I have heard that it is the most viewed video in YouTube. Anyway we all love the video and as well as the song. I really can’t understand the lyrics. But I love it.
 
I wonder who does he pay taxes to since he is a South Korean citizen, but YouTube is an American company.
