GBA sprite editor?

I've been looking for a sprite editor for GBA for quite some time now, and I'm just about ready to give up.
The only GBA sprite editors I could find were only for the Pokemon games, which really annoys me.
Does anyone know of a GBA sprite editor that works with any GBA game, not just Pokemon?

Yeah, ignore the really crap website there. It apparently edits graphics in GBA save states.
