So, the most reliable browser ever just crashed on me... and went unresponsive for a moment... no kidding... and seriously..... I thought it was very resistant to crashes and etc..... But it can't withstand everything, it'd seem. XDD What might be the problem?

a bad script on the page, over load on java or something like that. happens to all browser, just restart it and should be fine.

Maybe its a Windows problem causing your browser to crash since Windows can sometimes just crash at random times which also cause your web browser to crash.

Windows does not just randomly crash, there is always a reason. Even then it wouldn't have to do with Chrome itself. If Windows Crashes everything does not just Chrome.
Common reasons for Chrome or any web browser for that matter crashing are -
1. To many tabs open causing to much RAM to be used.
2. Java or Flash overload
3. You have a buggy plugin installed.
4. Malware Infection
5. You are running an out of date version.

But, the average user does not know when a PC or program will crash since a PC can be working fine a few minutes a go, and become randomly broken if the hard drive, RAM, or a virus or bad Windows or program update suddenly makes Windows or hardware fail. A random power surge/lightning/power outage can also ruin a PC.
